Uses external power to cool the coolant. Steam Turbine will only cool the steam when over 200°C or when power is draining the battery. Steam will vary between 125°C and 200°C, maybe hotter when the coolant is getting cooled for a long time. I recommend filling the super coolant tank until it's 50% full because the thermo sensor reads a averaged temperature from the liquid storage. I usually pick the temperature to what I want the target area to have minus a few degrees.
